The project consists of the conversion of an existing 15,000 SF office building to a 12ea. Multi-Family Condominium unit. The proposed design includes converting level 2 and level 3 into multi-family/apartment dwellings and adding a 4th storing on the existing roof. The lower level will remind office suites and the proposed design will include 1,2, & 3-Bedroom units. The ground floor will have 4ea Office Suite and an amenities space to support the units above. A new elevator is planned and upgrades for the exterior courtyard/parking lots. After improvements are made the total gross square footage will be approximate 18,000 SF.
